At Over Armor Golf LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality gear to protect your game. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or confirmation email as proof of purchase.

- Final Sale items
- Used or damaged products not due to shipping or manufacturing defects
- Gift cards
3. Return Instructions
To initiate a return:

Include your full name, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
2. Ship Your Return
Once your return is authorized, mail the item(s) to:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- To exchange an item, indicate your preference in the return email.
- Exchange items are subject to availability.
- We will ship your replacement at no additional charge once the original item is received.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please email len@overarmorgolf.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or process a full refund.
